Clothing and shoes can be exchanged or returned back to the original payment method if sent back by mail or brought back in store within 7 days of receiving.

Accessories and sale items, including handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, and special orders, are final sale. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction, less $7 for the cost of return shipping.

After the 7 day period, all items become final sale. All exchanges are final sale, unless the item being exchanges is due to damage, or issue on our end. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached or shoe box, cannot be worn, washed, or altered. The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout and will post within 7-10 business days.

Please note, all Monkee's are individually owned and operated and all exchanges and returns must be done at the Monkee's of Athens location. As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.

All domestic packages are shipped UPS with USPS at a flat rate of $12. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. Orders over $300 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.

Delivery times and dates will vary based on your location. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or unforeseen delays due to holidays and weather. No overnight shipping is offered at this time.

In store pickup is available at checkout and orders can be picked up at the store address.
