Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within seven (7) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Mount Pleasant. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders, trunk show items, and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
ONLINE Returns Policy
We want you to LOVE your purchase! We will happily accept returns postmarked within 10 days of purchase on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, special orders and SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
As a small business, we can not accommodate every return but we will be reasonable. Please contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We will ship anywhere within the United States for a flat rate of $8, unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. We also offer local delivery to Mount Pleasant, SC.
After your order has shipped, you will recieve a tracking number to keep an eye out for your packages. Please note that delivery dates will vary based on your location.
Expedited Shipping
Orders submitted Monday-Friday by 2pm will be shipped same day for standard overnight delivery if you select the upgraded expedited shipping option at checkout.
- Monday-Thursday: Next Day delivery
- Friday: Monday delivery
- Saturday & Sunday: Tuesday delivery
This ecru poplin shirt is fully printed with our black hearts pattern. It features a shirt collar and short puffed sleeves. It has a slightly flared cut and closes at the front with small black pearl buttons, also found at the ends of the sleeves.
A little (big) bonus: this garment is made entirely from GOTS organic cotton, a certification that guarantees the environmental aspects, from cultivation (no GMOs, pesticides or synthetic fertilisers, controlled water management) to garment manufacture (weaving, dyeing, textile treatment, finishing), as well as the social aspects (child labour, overtime, decent wages) at every stage, from the field to the garment factory.
